Finding Your Balance

“Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create” — Jana Kingsford

Balance is one of those words that sounds like such a gentle, passive word. But in the context of balance within your life, it is charged with action.

We all have multiple interests, obligations, and areas we want to (or have to) focus our attentions on. Balance is the feeling we get when we strike the right mix for our current situation. What may have felt like balance a year ago most likely won’t feel very balanced for right now so it’s important that we keep checking in on what is important to us in the here and now.

Below is a downloadable worksheet that helps guide you to flesh out what you currently spend your time on, what you’d like to spend more time on, and then how to bridge that gap if there is one.

If you would like more guidance and support on how to re-balance your focus, I’m accepting appointments for one-on-one coaching in 2022 now and you can find out more about that here.

Thanks,

Allison
