  • Throughout our lives, Change keeps happening.  Whether you are in midlife struggling to identify who you are now,  your work isn’t satisfying; you are in your twenties and thirties wanting to find your niche and the right career path or a student about to leave school or university.

  • You want direction and clarity. You want life to be more meaningful through work or relationships, to achieve in your career, to lose weight or buy a house. You desire the freedom to know what you want and the confidence to achieve it. You deserve ALL of this and more!

  • But right now you are likely at a crossroads, feeling stuck, lacking direction, frustrated, confused, or perhaps overwhelmed. But there is a desire to create the Change you want, you need some help to get clear, make decisions, and take the action needed to create the life you want.

  • What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching helps you find clarity and decisiveness when you have a problem to solve, a decision to make or goals to attain. As a life coach, I will provide the tools and support to empower you to achieve the results you seek and be the best version of yourself

For example: you may want to build your confidence so that you feel better about yourself or work through why you feel you can’t ever reach the goals you set. Let’s define what you want and together we will work on any obstacles that might stand in the way of your success.

We all like to live our best lives and want to feel fulfilled but sometimes we don’t know exactly where we want to be; all we know is that where we are now isn’t fulfilling, and we want Change.

  • What is Career Coaching?

We all go through times when we question our work. Some of the most common reasons for seeking out a Career Coach are; job dissatisfaction, difficult work relationships, and feeling unappreciated,

I will help you to discover:
    - How to go about finding a job that you really enjoy
    - Why you are dissatisfied in your work
    - What is your ideal next step

Through an assessment process, including discovering your personality type we will uncover where your talents are best suited and a role that will excite you.

What is Change Coaching?

  • Change needs to happen for us to move forward. What change is it that you seek?  Is it change in how you think, change in what you do for a job, or a change in habits, like eating less sugar or creating a meditation practice. Or is it support in managing change through divorce, grief or loss of somekind.

  • Change is hard and painful but necessary - a critical step toward fulfilling our potential and achieving our goals. I will provide you with the encouragement, emotional support and the tools to help you work through this change.

  • Whether it is coaching for Life, Career, Change or all three most importantly any change needs to be sustainable. I will guide you step by step and provide you with the tools to create and maintain the change you want and need.

Which of these Change zones fit you?

  • A) Change is being forced on you

e.g., Divorce/Seperation; Widowed: Redundancy; Loss; Grief; You have no choice; you have to cope as hard as it is. Sometimes we can white knuckle it but why should you. You deserve support to move through this.

  • B) You desire change

You’ve tried a few things but in reality you’re not sure how or what the steps should be.

  • C) You have done lots of thinking and talking but there's been little action

Just can’t seem to get motivated or make a decision.

Not sure what you need? Book in for a free 15 minute discovery session and we can work it out together.
